Pros
Learned a LOT about high fashion, couture, in a high reseller environment. Enjoyed my co-workers generalaly despite some internal drama. Management took action and transferred workers that caused problems.
Cons
Middle management a little controlling for the workplace but I do understand corporate pressures. Individuals would benefit from a career shift.
