Salaries are veryyy low comparing to their profit. 4. They can’t handle developers and the management doesn’t have any idea of the field. 5. The way of treatment is very aggressive. 6. No learning curve unless your client is good and wants you to grow 7. HR always on the management site if any problem happened. Overall if you got a chance to be working with a good client you’ll be happy if not crossworkers doesn’t have a thing to do
