-It has gone from a start-up to owning a particular segment in the U.S. so that's great. -They also seem to have great reputations with their clients as many leads come from referrals from clients. -Competitive pay.

-We don't do a tremendous amount of outbound marketing so I think that's possibly a mistake. -Medical insurance benefits could be better. -PTO is not super promoted to take. They give us Unlimited PTO, but we don't really use PTO at all.

Excellent work environment, very friendly coworkers.

While the company is great for people starting out in this field, there is not much scope for personal growth here.
