      Crowdbotics has been a fantastic place to work through and through. In the past 10 years, I've worked with dozens of high growth startups. Joining Crowdbotics has by far been one of the easiest decisions I've made to date. The team is diverse, dedicated and passionate. We may not always agree, but we come together to work towards the common goal and to ensure our customers feel like they are partners and that we are always setting the bar higher. I truly feel fortunate to be a part of the team and equally feel valued for what I contribute and bring to the table.

      Project estimation always left deficits in the financing of projects. Also the strategy to favour junior devs with lesser pay caused projects to linger

      I was fine with my job until things became too messy.

      Cons

      Crowdbotics has an inefficient and disorganized work environment, and the chaotic management is to blame. Our supervisors don't seem to have any clue about what to do about our problems in the workplace. They make terrible decisions that lead to consequential and unhelpful actions. The leadership here is too messy and incompetent to properly lead.
