Pros
- Good variety of jobs while training across a variety of sectors - Supportive system with counselling managers to oversee progression - Lovely staff and fun camaraderie between trainees - Paid overtime for long work hours or excessive travel, compared to friends at big firms this leads to a MUCH better work life balance - Opportunities for responsibility at a early stage if you do well
Cons
- Dated offices & poor kitchen facilities but hopeful that we will move soon - Sometimes poor communication between departments leading to an excessive workload in busy periods - Unclear bonus system as a trainee, more transparency would be appreciated
