Pros
I loved the community I served and my coworkers. I only left because I moved after graduating with my Bachelor's and couldn't work onsite anymore. Flexible hours, non-customer facing position.
Cons
The work was tedious and repetitive. I loved it, but others might find it difficult. There was a never ending pile of documents to archive, and before one project could end there were two more waiting.
