helpful coworkers, motivating managing family

very quiet office, not the best work environment

I worked directly for Isaac Chera. Ive not ever had a kinder, more considerate employer, ever. Great guy with an amazing work ethnic. The company is family owned and tight-knit. Stanley Chera, the founder, is funny, smart, and an all-around good guy. Great work-life balance at Crown.

I think the company could be more inclusive in re the staff, but, as its a family company, it is what it is. I never felt excluded but I would have love to have been more "included."
