      Its actually a kind of easy job except when you're scrambling

      Cons

      no growth, there is no training and you dont inherit any kind of useful information. you aren't even introduced to your team. also all the top people are unapproachable, entitled, the people that can funnel funds for their personal use while not properly compensating employees.

      Pros

      I worked directly for Isaac Chera. Ive not ever had a kinder, more considerate employer, ever. Great guy with an amazing work ethnic. The company is family owned and tight-knit. Stanley Chera, the founder, is funny, smart, and an all-around good guy. Great work-life balance at Crown.

      Cons

      I think the company could be more inclusive in re the staff, but, as its a family company, it is what it is. I never felt excluded but I would have love to have been more "included."
