      Good pay and benefits , good amount of off days.

      Cons

      Long hours of work, only 2-3 mechanics per shift for whole plant, you have to be moving for 12 hours straight besides your lunch break.

      Pros

      Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

      Cons

      Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.
