What used to be an incredible company is becoming the worst company to work for as compared to 8 years ago when we had one office in college point. This may be due to the many recent acquisitions and expansions. Highly bias and discriminatory approach towards minority employees regardless of work history, education, professional accomplishments, among others. Internal employee advancement or promotion is not regarded. Promotion is contingent on "yes men" and circle of friends.
It would be nice if managers are given ethical trainings on how to communicate and motivate employees towards achieving the organizational goals. Additionally, the company need to understand that it is what it is today due to exceptional and loyal employees.
Most of my colleagues are disconnected due to several bad management decisions. Employee talent, skill set, education and professional accomplishments is not appropriated nor regarded. This is how organizations loss talented "A" and "B" players to other organizations.
I made a mistake of turning down an offer that is double my current earnings in the past, believing in crown. Just received another, I may be exiting soon!! Oh, C.E.O Jay is awesome by the way.
