Slackers get the same pay increase as hard workers. It's almost like Socialism. - Below average healthcare benefits coupled with ever-increasing premiums. If you like paying lots of money for very little benefit, this is the place for you! - Below average tuition reimbursement - Below average 401K plan - Lack of integrity in management - unkept promises - Feel like you need everything to be put in writing - If you're not from New Bremen, don't count on getting promoted - Be prepared to do other people's jobs when they slack off and don't get their work finished
