Great steppingstones to move into a different/better company. Talk with superintendents and maybe you can get hired on with them. If you’re professional and know a lot prove that to superintendents and managers.

Pay is low for preps. Raises are very rare. Don’t do more than what you’re required to do. You could miss better opportunities at other places.

I can’t think of any good reason to work here.

Expect more than one person can handle, then chastise you for not keeping up. Will not give the help or resources necessary to be successful, even when repeatedly asked for. They make rash decisions and regret it later. Very poorly managed, and HR is a complete joke.
