Pros
The pay was decent and the office facilities were nice. They have a nice employee breakroom with nice vending options, although the food was expensive.
Cons
The structure of the company is ridiculous. A lot of worker bees working for the select few at the top who are not accountable to anyone. Priorities/strategies/goals seem to change like the wind and there are people making decisions who are not qualified. Very unprofessional environment. Basically if you are a friend or family member of someone at the top then you are golden, otherwise, beware.
