Pros
- young atmosphere, really comfortable for college interns or recent grads. Good balance of business and social aspects.
- there are systems in place to communicate easily with coworkers, leaders, and developers. If you have an idea, it's easy to get someone to listen and it'll often be implemented. It feels good to know your ideas matter.
- I was never running around for coffee or making copies like the intern stereotype. All the interns were really immersed in all aspects of the company. For example, I creates menus, did driver hiring, and worked on marketing.
Cons
- office got crowded with employees as the company expanded. we could use a bigger and more segmented space, especially for meetings.
