Pros

LeaseCrunch has is a growing company and I've been able to grow my career working here. We work from home which is a huge plus for me at the moment. We primarily work with CPA firms and their clients to implement the new lease standard which has been new for me and I really enjoy working with our clients.

Cons

I don't have any cons.

Pros

Crunchafi is positioned to continue growing its solutions for CPA firms. The people are awesome, the work is interesting, and the customers love it. I've never seen a company engage its customers so much in what it decides to build.

Cons

It can get a little busy at times, but that's part of the fun.

Pros

Crunchafi is a company that walks the walk and talks the talk. I feel like it's easy to be distrusting of leadership at a smaller, fast growing SaaS company where personnel decisions have to be made - however, Crunchafi leadership has led with empathy every time and truly value every employee. The CRO is an incredible leader, he encourages our team to put family first and work second - the best job any of us will ever have is not this job but our roles in our families and he means it. Leadership has an incredibly high EQ from the CEO to CTO to everyone in the c-suite and everyone here is some of the kindest people I've ever worked with and enjoy working with. There is a culture of respect, trust, and excitement for the company vision. Every person here plays a role in the vision of where the company is going and willing to go above and beyond to contribute to it. I've never felt so motivated by my job and fulfilled at the same time. Lots of change but exciting and able to take on projects for personal/ professional growth.

Cons

Small company; sometimes there isn't defined career paths and may be doing work outside of title but not in a way that ever feels unfair. Can be a lot of change at times so if you aren't good with change and ambiguity, this wouldn't be a good place for you to work.
