Pros
Fully remote, solid brand recognition
Cons
As someone who was with the company for 4+ years I can say this went from one of the best places I've ever worked to one of the worst. The product has always been lacking and product and eng has never invested in tools to help customers see value and retain such as user dashboards to track performance/ROI and things like that. Leadership seems to care more about making analytics happy and how the "pro" self serve product is doing than the actual total revenue of the company. Pro has been cannabalizing the value of the data for YEARS since in theory you could export the whole data set for $588/year. Meanwhile - sales and CS is trying to get people to buy the product for upwards of $50k/year. DESPITE these problems - it was still a great place to work for a while because the team was great, trustworthy, and constantly helping each other and the team succeed. Fast forward to now - all the "OGs" are gone and being replaced with people with no cares about employees as human beings. Shady behavior, restructures, and the people team being the least trustworthy of them all makes this a scary place to be.
