Pros

Crux is a well known brewery in the Bend area but that is where the pros end.

Cons

The owner is named Larry Sidor. Once you work here you will want to find another job. While I was here, many of my co-workers repeatly said they wanted to quit. The main reason is because of the owner. The owner Larry is a very condescending and arrogant boss. He is the boss that thinks his way is the only right way. There was an expression around the brewery where people said... "Oh you just got Larryed".... meaning he just treating you in a horrible, condescending, etc way. Yes, it happened that often. Also IF you come here don't sign up for salary as far as your pay goes. You will be working 12-13 hour days and not get paid for those extra hours of work. Also if you plan to work here, be prepared to work hard as heck and still get reprimanded for all that you do. If any breweries are reading this, please don't waste your time trying to do collaborations with this brewery. There are a ton of classier breweries with owners that deserve those business deals.

Pros

Great people, tight sales team. Extremely transparent and nice to their staff. Fun place to work.

Cons

Not much to dislike. All of their beer is amazing so it makes it hard to choose a favorite.
