late salary, fake promises about incentives, no support , you are placed in hospital where you get no respect, constant pressure of targets, if you wanna leave just take your salary and serve 24hr notice because even if you do serve notice period they wont give you your salary in name of clearance ( your clients who is due in 6 month needs to deliver and then you will get your salary) and still no assurance that they will.
