Great company and team but horrific management - Digital Marketing Manager Cryptology Employee Review

No direct contact with anyone else except your personal manager. The manager I worked with was incapable and not suitable to take responsibility for this role. You can't leave someone who doesn't have a clear view of the industry and the company's goals + is run by personal emotions to lead a team and to make decisions without anyone else to supervise these decisions.
