Rewards and recognizes a job well done. Very family and community oriented. Open door policy with upper management. Room for advancement.
Cons
There is a lot of training that goes with working for this company. This could possibly be an issue with some people. Be prepared to always be learning. Personally I enjoy that aspect.
Steady job, I did the work and was never worried about being let go. They did small celebrations for achievments and did their best to create a great culture
Cons
Raises were next to none, but the responsibilities kept being added. Was made to feel like I should be grateful for the "opportunity" and not be so worried about the money "it would come"
