Pros

Crystal is like a family i have been here for 2 and a half years and all the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere around the office is great and always fun, the CEO Tony is a lovely guy and puts on different events throughout the year for staff and always approachable, The new things they are bringing into the company are also good and the office is having a brilliant face lift. all in all this is a god place to be.

Cons

there are a few cons sick pay/compassionate leave is not available even though some people do not have any or very little time off.

Pros

ESOP, promote within, positive financial projections, stable company.

Cons

Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
