      shorter breaks& paid vacation & pay raise for good work & better sir lol

      Pros

      ESOP, promote within, positive financial projections, stable company.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
