Pros
Small company means your opinions are heard and valued. You will be given responsibilities beyond your basic job description, which allows you to grow professionally. Everyone is considered a leader of some aspect of the business. Business able to be sustained through COVID-19 pandemic. Friendly coworkers.
Cons
Does not have some of the perks of other bay area companies (fancy office, unlimited PTO). No big complaints besides that. Nice place to work.
