- the most highlighted issue in this company is they don't have a structure for work flow , and this issue the main reason of it is the way the owners interfere in projects causing the destruction of any work plan - the salaries is very low comparing to the another companies in the same market - the company don't t seek to maintain the competencies of employees - All members of the Board of Directors change their word regarding any of the employees’ rights, and everyone on the Board of Directors doesn't want to bear any responsibility towards the employees.
