      Throw you in the deep end - good for some Good office location Some kind people to work with

      Cons

      Minimal career progression Unfair treatment if not considered in the 'inner circle' aka, the leadership team Not great pay rises A lot of big ideas with no follow through as not willing to fund Very minimal communication from CEO Passive agressive work environment at times

      Give the the illusion they will work with you

      Cons

      They will set you up for failure. They offer no type of structure or training, no feedback or one on one meetings. Mislead you into thinking you’re doing a great job and will not communicate with you what so ever.
