For freshers, this company can be a good learning opportunity if they are able to push themselves to their limits. There is exposure to challenging work, and one can learn many things in a short period of time. However, despite the learning experience, the management is not very supportive, and there is an expectation of very hard work, including overtime, without any additional compensation.

The startup was founded 6–7 years ago, yet it has still not grown properly. One major reason seems to be the lack of budget to hire experienced professionals. Instead, the company relies heavily on freshers, expecting them to perform at a professional level while paying a very low salary (around ₹10,000). Overall, the expectations placed on freshers are unrealistic, and the compensation and work-life balance are not justified.
