Pros

1. The company offers a great environment for learning valuable lessons. 2. The seniors are extremely friendly, especially the leader of the Python team — one of the most helpful people I've ever met. 3. All the seniors in the QA team are very supportive and always ready to guide freshers. The QA lead is also professional, ethical, and approachable. 4. The company’s CEOs are kind, approachable, and genuinely eager to help with any issues, even those related to your career growth. 5. The organization has excellent infrastructure. 6. The company provides all the necessary tech equipment to boost employee productivity.

Cons

1. The management of the company can be improved. 2. Both cleanliness and electricity services can be further enhanced. 3. Fun activities and event celebrations can be made more engaging and enjoyable. 4. Salary is one of the part which has to improve a lot.

Pros

For freshers, this company can be a good learning opportunity if they are able to push themselves to their limits. There is exposure to challenging work, and one can learn many things in a short period of time. However, despite the learning experience, the management is not very supportive, and there is an expectation of very hard work, including overtime, without any additional compensation.

Cons

The company expects extremely hard and smart work from freshers. If a fresher shows even a little potential, they are expected to work beyond normal hours, including weekends. However, no extra compensation is provided for weekend or overtime work. This kind of work culture reflects poor management practices. The startup was founded 6–7 years ago, yet it has still not grown properly. One major reason seems to be the lack of budget to hire experienced professionals. Instead, the company relies heavily on freshers, expecting them to perform at a professional level while paying a very low salary (around ₹10,000). Overall, the expectations placed on freshers are unrealistic, and the compensation and work-life balance are not justified.
