Senior management responsible for an incredibly negative and traumatising culture. Exploitative and manipulative workplace environment. Complaints and concerns not addressed or taken seriously. Supposed promotion opportunities once a year, but arbitrary positions dished out at any point. Intimidation tactics from all senior team, along with turning a blind eye to their own behaviour and actions. No HR for anyone to challenge this.
