We know that the past period has been challenging, particularly where difficult business decisions have had an impact on colleagues. These decisions are never taken lightly, and we recognise the uncertainty and frustration they can create.
That said, we don’t recognise the view that the business is “going down the gutters.” Cuckoo continues to focus on building a sustainable, customer-focused broadband business, and we remain committed to supporting and developing the people who are part of that journey.
