You meet some amazing people who are passionate about their work, you can make some really great friends and connections. It’s a close knit community for sure.

When given projects the instructions are ambiguous, you’re not provided company specific training yet you’re expected to perform at the standards you haven’t been trained on. I brought up multiple times the fact that I want to be here and be a team player but I can’t do that without company specific training and I was brushed off multiple times. All I was told was you need to get better or else you can go somewhere else but wasn’t given the opportunity to actually improve.
