Pros
If you like bland American corporate culture you'll be fine. I did have some nice colleagues but that barely counts as a positive for the business.
Cons
You are a number, they hire and fire and their only concern is profit. I had 5 job changes and 6 managers in the single year I was in the company and was repeatedly asked to lie and falsify figures. There were times where staff couldn't enter rooms because managers were mid-feud. The finance director promised he would look after me and then chucked me to the curb after I reported ethical malpractice and racial abuse in the work place. Was also told on numerous times that I should focus on babies and not my career by top leadership, I will NEVER work at an America company again after this experience.
