-Office staff over scheduled call backs and repair stops to the field service technicians -Management expected things to be done correctly but instantly and don’t have an understanding of how things really work -Technicians work alone and put themselves in danger when they should be two person teams. -Elmira staff was full of nepotism when I worked there. -Management clearly doesn’t care for staff to get customers clean water. They care for people to sell more equipment. Everyone is a sales person here whether you signed up to be one or not.
