Pros
Addressing organisational cultures is an enjoyable line of work.
Cons
Poor leadership - decisions are made based on what was needed months ago, as a result everyone always feels like they're chasing. Directors have little interest in the people working there - even though there is a very small team. Overall culture is lacking and could do with looking at internally.
