Small business, so lots of people have been there a long time, makes it difficult with vacation time and extra work or short handed when others are gone.

While not a sterile facility, it is extremely clean. The pay is OK and there are opportunities to learn new positions, The insurance is great, and they are understanding and can be flexible with issues that life brings.

A lot of little issues in the production process that can cause delays, and rather than trying to fix those, the company is pushing for expensive new projects.
