Pros
Consistent shift, discounted food, some decent people, fast paced work, amazing customers, great food, decent dining atmosphere, decent location.. That's about it.
Cons
Owners don't communicate with each other, and one ALWAYS has NO idea what is going on. Always got told to ask her husband because, she "doesn't handle that" what do you handle?? Apparently nothing. Overworked for minimum pay, had a LOT of work to get done on my own, and was always told to "pick up the pace" instead of receiving assistance. Owners are VERY cheap, to the point where customers aren't getting enough for what they paid. Overall, a very bad experience, would NEVER work for these people again in life. Would work for Culver's, I love the company. But of course, each is independently owned and operated, and these owners are a joke. If you don't know how to run a restaurant effectively, DON'T OWN ONE!
