      Pros

      Cummins is a good company for international employees, payring for H1 and green cards. Also pays for higher education (bachelor or master degrees)

      Cons

      Managers have a discretion to freeze people in position for a year. Pay is below average. If at the headauarters, one has to be in the inner circle and know the important people in order to advance. Poor life work balance and company is very cyclical going on hiring binge one year only to lay off the very next.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
