Senior leadership is very poor, for just a feew exceptions, they tend to be managers and not leaders. Cumplo positions itself as a fintech but there is a lack of technology in everything, plus it lacks teh start-up culture, ia a very traditional culture. Their purpose of helping pymes is a lie, nothing is done thinking on how best to serve them or give them better and fair access to funds.
