Pros
You'll meet a lot of people, despite being a smaller than 10 person company - the turnover rate was over 200% during my time there.
The idea behind this company could save many lives.
Cons
The CEO
-John Frangioni makes terrible financial, moral and, well, general decisions.
-Innovative ideas by engineering are regularly ignored and then brought up months later as his own ideas.
-Consistently uses vendors that provide sub-par service, then requires engineering to change designs around them as it would "anger" the vendor to do things according to specifications.
-Gets upset when employees are unavailable due to family members dying (amazingly, this has happened with more than one employee).
-Literally throws tantrums where he stomps the ground when things are not done according to his vision.
-Often when a department is needed most, he makes the decision to get rid of them, as they do not perform to his ever-shifting specifications or meet the deadlines he doesn't share with anyone and expects you to know; he did this separately with software, electrical and mechanical during my time there
