Pros

- High salary - "Unlimited" PTO - there are blackout times and there's no guarantee that it'll be approved - Insurance with $0 copay, $0 deductible - it's nice financially but a pain to get providers to accept the insurance. - Remote work

Cons

- I agree with others, leadership shows favoritism and indecisiveness, leading to a disorganized work environment that doesn't support employee growth. - They've lost the human aspect, they don't see the patients at people. - Constant changes without communication or forethought, changes that often fail and have to be rescinded. - They don't care to receive feedback from employees, you'll just be targeted by management for providing feedback. - Upper management is like a mean girl clique - you don't want to get on their bad side. - They make poor changes that decrease productivity but do not lower the productivity expectations. - Those making the changes are typically upper management that have no clinical background, making changes to processes that involve clinical information... - Micromanaging by managers, but lack of support from management when there are questions or confusion. - When hired, I had to work no holidays. However, they rescinded that and now have a rotating holiday schedule, even on days that providers are not open such as Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Pros

-Some people in the company will have your back and give you a chance to show your skills -Some of the people here are very helpful(someone a lower level than me who probably should have been my level helped me so much)

Cons

-They promote negative competitions -You get a gift card like once a year and they tax it on your next check -Once we noticed salaried employees should get unlimited PTO across the company's policy; we all banded together- the loophole was to make us all hourly instead of giving us what the company offered for salary employees which they made us salary in 2 weeks after we fought the policy -The company makes many promises to everyone but can't keep it -CNs are what keeps this company afloat yet treated like slums -They hire and promote their friends in a short time while others fight for growth(not related to me but I have seen and heard some of the worse things from people who want to move up in this company. I wouldn't even dare try because they are becoming TOXIC) -They often use a group of their best employees for different things but never reward or promote them
