4yWe appreciate your review and are glad to hear about the great pay. When it comes to evaluating skills, we evaluate each employee based on established metrics per job description. We also understand your leadership concern and recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly.
