3yWe are deeply sorry to hear about your experience at Curative and appreciate you sharing your perspective during a time of rapid growth and change for us. We take these reviews seriously and will continue to work on ways for us to improve our overall employee experience, including some of the very items you've identified here: communication transparency, management training, and we've recently expanded our HR expertise and support structure to provide more support, training, and oversight.
