      Pros

      Great pay and some of the best benefits of any place I've worked. Leadership is experienced, passionate, and hard-working.

      Cons

      The company is back to being a true startup — under 10 employees. I'm confident in the new business model but, like any startup, there is non-zero % chance of failure.

      People are nice. Middle manager tries.

      Cons

      Its a tech construction company that is not good at tech or construction. Probably the highest turnover rate I have seen. If your job is sales based - RUN.
