Good pay for the area, good benefits, nice peers, overtime allowed, 12hr shifts (3 on, 4 off, 4 on, 3 off), good bonuses for doing your job right
Cons
Bad morale, bad management, too much of a rush all the time to be "on time", inconsiderate to personal life changes/issues, battle to get promotions, lots of picking "favorites"
