Flexibility in working hours and work culture. 3. You get the ownership of what you do. Curotec has been following Work from home culture even when it was not a thing. People here are used to it for ages and it has evolved to a very high level of efficiency. I would highly recommend Curotec for anyone who wants to work on the latest technologies and that too in a free and independent environment.
Cons
Since it is a growing company, some challenges occur as every growing company faces. But the management is growing strong at every stage and doing great to tackle the smaller issues.
