- Low pay
- Very pushy management (constantly complaining about sales & stats). The only reason staff here bug you to buy insurance, add-ons etc, is not because they're paid commission (they aren't), it's because they have their manager on their backs.
- Staff on newer contracts are ALWAYS told to work bank hols, sundays etc... Why? because they have to pay old contract staff time and a half. So the 'old staff' never get the time and a half that they want and the new staff always work the bank holidays simply because its cheaper for the company. Backward way to treat staff if you ask me.
Training? Forget about it, it barely exists and when you do get asked to take some new rubbish online 'fridge/freezer' quiz/course or something daft like that, be prepared to 'learn', while handling daily duties simultaneously.
Looking for job progression? Doesn't exist :)
Advice: Money and experience, take it and then get outta there!
