      Pros

      Worked with good people. I enjoyed helping people with phone issues that other stores wouldnt deal with. Trusted by the local community.

      Cons

      Min wage was less than competitors in the same town. Those competitors would only see customers on their network, we dealt with anyone. We should be compensated for the added scope to our job description.
