Well-being taken seriously - the company has embraced well-being and supports colleagues in lots of different ways.
Employee Resource Groups - various groups set up by employees for employees to join which are supported by the business. Pride, Disability, Womens Network and Embrace are already active and I’m sure more will be in the future.
An internal social network site where employees have a voice. Questions are regularly directly put to the CEO who is always happy to answer them through live Q&A sessions.
A clear plan where everyone can understand the part they play, with regular communication from the CEO and Executive Committee on successes and challenges.
Regular 'On the Pulse' surveys to understand how employees are feeling about working at the business, with action taken to make improvements/create initiatives.
