      Pros

      Exciting, rapid change environment. Accessible leaders who are direct and straight talking, demanding but supportive and grateful for a job well done. Lots of big projects and you feel like you can have a direct impact and your input is valued.

      Cons

      Not many, but the culture and pace is not for everyone. Sometimes too last minute due to how much is happening at once.
