One pro is that I’m in mid 20’s and working there did allow me to gain some hands on experience that I might not have gotten anywhere else.

Well my employee # was 8500 and something, so that shows you right there that you’re replaceable in their eyes. If you aren’t in with the right superintendents clique then they’ll use you for as long as you’re making them look good and the first chance to use you as a scape goat they will.
