      They've been very accommodating and flexible with me as I navigate my health issues.

      Cons

      PTO is a base amount you receive at the beginning of a new year, but I would prefer if it were earned every pay period.

      Great collaboration between stores, everyone seems willing to help. Focus on development and growth in the company.

      Cons

      Outdated website leads to a lot of customers calling for product availability and pricing. They seem to be working on this however.
