Pros

CTA's culture, people, and offices make it a great place to work. I have been working for CTA since 2005 and have never wanted to leave the company. The management team gives employees the freedom to take chances and move up in the company. You truly are in charge or your destiny at CTA. We get to work on many different types of projects across the entire country and get to work with great engineers along the way. Being an integrated design firm brings teams together and everyone wants our clients to succeed.

Cons

In my 14 years at CTA I have not seen any cons. The transition in management has been flawless and seems to make the company stronger.

Pros

- Good benefits - Flexibility (just be sure to communicate your needs) - Beautiful office locations

Cons

- Project Managers can be rude and demanding - Lack of training or introduction, especially for younger professionals who didn't go through their intern program (I wasn't even formally introduced to the office) - Poor communication with no big picture focus...lots of micro managing and unforgiving timecard policy
